I couldn't have asked for a more receptive - or perceptive - audience; the questions were astute, and we laughed a lot. Those with a working knowledge of, and friendly eye for, the piquant and the decadent usually have the sense of humor to go along with it. And I loved reading (performing, really) the first sections of the book(s). This theatrical subject is calling out the theatrical in me. All I need now is a little black dress, and the proper musical accompaniment. . . . It truly was.
