So welcome at the wrap party

This whole aesthetic – the corsets, the vaudeville, the post-fin-de-siecle attitude – makes of life a performance that the habitues of the Poppy would recognize and welcome; me, too. Drop by the trailer wrap-and-viewing party – we’re getting close to popping the corks ….

i just realized… when i was in high school, i did this audio “puppet” show (obviously there were no real puppets, which was part of the humour) called “Poppy the Puppet”. i did end up building a set, but i never got a chance to build Poppy.

That’s so cool – there must be some ur-puppet somewhere, emanating through the creative ether. I love the idea of the audio puppet show!
